Melanie Wardle

I’m Melanie Wardle (but everyone calls me Mel) from The Magazine Connection. 

The Magazine Connection is a group of four, local, monthly magazines which help local businesses promote their products/services to local residents in North Hampshire/Surrey: Fleet & Crookham Connection, Farnham Connection, Farnborough Connection and Village Connection (Hartley Wintney, Hook & Odiham).  

Hand delivered to specifically selected local homes, the magazines are professionally designed with their own distinctive look and feel and I am especially proud of the fabulous local photos on the covers which generate lots of interest from my readers. 

With interesting features and local content my magazines get great feedback, both from residents who tell me they "read, keep and use" their local Connection magazine to find local businesses, and from my advertisers; 83% of whom advertise on a regular ongoing basis. Indeed, I have several advertisers who have been with me since 2005 when I published my first edition!

In addition, I can also deliver your leaflets with my magazines.

I also run Coffee and Connect, my own independent local business networking group that I established in 2008. We meet at Victoria Hall, Hartley Wintney, RG27 8RQ at 10am on the first Wednesday of every month (not August). Regularly attracting @ 40 local businesses Coffee and Connect is a friendly, welcoming group but very business focused too; so please do pop along and say hello.
